NZ: $5 for all areas. (add $3 for Rural Delivery - couriers are strict on applying this now)

Approximate delivery times:

USA: allow 7 days for delivery. Sometimes a little quicker to certain destinations, but may be a day or 2 longer for some more remote or certain East Coast addresses.

NZ: overnight courier, or 2 working days to South Island for heavier parcels.

Australia: approx. 5 days, may be a little quicker to East Coast main centres.

Other countries: 7 to 14 days.
